How do I book a table or event seat?
Browse stores or events, choose a date and number of seats, and complete the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code you can show at the store.
Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes, a free account is required so we can manage your bookings and send you confirmation emails.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel upcoming bookings from the My Account page. Please check the individual event page for the store's cancellation policy, as refund eligibility varies.
I am a store owner — how do I list my venue?
Create a store account at denparty.com/signup/store. Once approved, you can add your events, set capacity, and start accepting bookings.
Is DenParty free for players?
Browsing and booking is free for players. Stores may charge for event seats — any fees are clearly shown before you confirm.
I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us at hello@denparty.com with your name and booking details.
