By using DenParty you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Bookings When you book an event seat through DenParty, you are entering into an agreement with the store hosting that event. DenParty facilitates the booking but is not a party to that agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are set by the individual store and are shown on the event page before you confirm. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, INTERPIN LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of DenParty or from attending an event booked through the platform. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
